  • 30 yoga classes per week, classes to suit all levels

  • 90 minutes classes: pranayama (breathing exercises),
    surya namaskar (sun salutation), asanas (yoga postures),
    deep relaxation with autosuggestion
  • Individual guidance and corrections by Sivananda teachers

Are you past the basics and ready to incorporate more dynamic postures and variations into your yoga practice? Take you practice to the next level in the intermediate yoga class. Following a short pranayama session (breathing exercises), the class will move into an invigorating sequence of classical hatha yoga postures with emphases on breath and on relaxation. You will progressively work towards prolonged holding of the postures. The final relaxation will bring about physical, mental and spiritual relaxation - the key experience of yoga.

Do you have a regular, well established yoga practice and have you developed strength and flexibility in your postures? If you are keen to deepen your experience further, then the advanced class is for you.

This class will keep you challenged by guiding you through more advanced postures. Postures will be held for increasingly prolonged periods of time, stilling the mind into silence.


Are you looking for a deeply relaxing yoga practice with a gentle touch? Come to unwind, rejuvenate and enjoy a gentle approach to yoga. This class focusses on releasing tensions, gently works towards increased flexibility and strength and allows you to experience deep relaxation.


The gentle yoga class is suitable for anyone wanting to practice gentle postures at a slower pace: beginners, people with restricted movement, older people or those getting back into the practice after a lapse.


Yoga creates a protected space for the growing child and a positive, calming experience for the mother-to-be. Pregnancy often brings with it a natural inclination towards introspection and connection with the inner self.


The class consists of classical yoga postures adapted for pregnancy. Yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to help the mind and body adapt to pragnancy, prepare for labour and adjust to a new life.


Women are welcome to join the class at any stage in their pregnancy, no prior yog experience is necessary. Please consult your doctor before attending the prenatal class.


Children who learn yoga at an early age have a healthy head start in life. The class offers a joyful practice for children between 7 and 12 and includes postures, breathing, relaxation, meditation, chanting and storytelling.


Yoga teaches children in a playful way how to concentrate, increase self-confidence and improve their motor skills. By taking part in yoga classes, children also develop important social skills. Regular yoga practice offers effective help with hyperactivity and stress. But above all, yoga for children is a lot of fun.
