Introductory
Taster Class: |
Free introduction to those new to the Sivananda Centres. Suitable for complete beginners and intermediate students. |

| Pregnancy: |
Yoga exercises adapted for pregnancy. It is advisable to begin classes after the first trimester. Contact the Centre for more details. |
| Kids: |
Yoga adapted for children. Practice includes postures, breathing, relaxation, meditation, chanting and storytelling. Open to children ages 7 to 12.

| Headstand: |
A drop-in class with emphasis on progressing in the headstand. Open to those who have completed Yoga 3 training or TTC and want to progress in the headstand. This class is not open to beginners or those who have not completed Yoga 3 or TTC. Please note that no exceptions will be made to the above prerequisites. |
| New! Pranayama: |
Extended pranayama practice. Suitable for advanced students only. |
| Satsang: |
Group Meditation. Consists of 20 - 30 minutes of meditation, 45 minutes of mantra chanting, and a talk on Yoga the philosophy. Open to all.
Special programmes may replace Satsangs from time to time.
