A drop-in class suitable for persons new to yoga or at a beginners’ level.

An open class with mantra chanting and guided meditation

PREGNANCY CLASS
Duration: 90 minutes.
Basic yoga exercises adapted for pregnancy. It is advised to begin after the first trimester. Students will not be allowed to take part in Open Classes during pregnancy.

KIDS’ CLASS
Duration: 90 minutes. The class focuses on postures adapted for children, meditation, chanting and storytelling. Open to children ages 7 – 12.

GROUP MEDITATION (SATSANG)
Duration: one hour and 45 minutes. Consists of 20–30 minutes of meditation, 45 minutes of mantra chanting and a talk on the philosophy of Yoga and Vedanta. Open to all.
Satsangs may be replaced by by special programmes. Please contact the Centre to confirm dates and times.
